Technesis iBridge for Océ ReproDesk

Technesis iBridge for Océ ReproDesk integrates accounting with job ticketing and management using Océ ReproDesk Server and Océ Client Tools. For the end user, it means they apply billing at the time they submit their work orders through ReproDesk Server.

Once the print job and the order ticket are submitted to the ReproDesk Server, it is queued and printed. Technesis then retrieves the job logs from the ReproDesk Server and validates the job data with accounting data, assuring the all charges are applied to the right bill code.


Technesis iBridge for Océ
  1. Workstation with Reprodesk Client Tools submits plot along with a job ticket to Océ ReproDesk Server, and fills out accounting information via Technesis Client.
  2. The print room operator manages jobs in the ReproDesk Server queue and releases jobs from the queues to the Oce plotters.
  3. Technesis iBridge downloads the activity logs from Océ ReproDesk Server
  4. Technesis Console reconciles the print, and reprint activity for reporting
