Technesis iBridge for Oce
  1. Technesis iBridge uploads the latest active user IDs, projects, phases, media and billtype to Océ Account Center, which updates Account Console and Account Logic.
  2. Network user prints to Océ plotter, and fills out accounting information via Technesis Client.
  3. Walkup user signs in, then inputs accounting information at the Océ Control Panel to make copies, scans and reprints.
  4. Océ Account Center retrieves the job logs from the Océ TDS, TCS and Colorwave products. Océ Account Center downloads the latest accounting information to the devices so that only active accounts are billed for copies, and scans.
  5. Technesis iBridge uploads the latest accounting data to Océ Account Centre and downloads the activity logs from Océ Account Center.
  6. Technesis Console reconciles the copy, print, scan and reprint activity for reporting.

Active Directory Integration and Departmental Reporting for Océ Account Console

Technesis iBridge for Océ Account Center addresses a commonplace customer requirement for Windows Active Directory User login and reporting by Windows Active Directory groups.

Technesis Console synchronizes with Windows Active Directory, imports users, groups and PIN code information from Active Directory, and pushes the Users and PIN codes to Account Console for walkup login and tracking. Users login, do their work, and log out.

Technesis captures the user and activity, and automatically generates user and workgroup reports.

Toner based pricing for the Océ ColorWave 600

Recently, Océ introduced the ColorWave 600 with new breakthroughs in speed, quality and productivity. This product is remarkable because of the following features:

Due to our advanced design and integration with Océ Account Center, Technesis iBridge retrieves the job log from the ColorWave 600 and get toner usage for each job. This information is critical to accurately costing a job based on how many micrograms of toner were used. The net result for our customers to price a job based on toner usage. Consider two jobs that are printed, and Job #1 is a single sheet of lines and logos, and Job#2 is a single sheet of a aerial photograph. Job#1 consumes less micrograms of toner than Job#2. If the customer uses Technesis and Oce Account Center, then they could get the exact cost of the Job#1 and Job#2 and price those jobs differently, based on their toner usage.
