Technesis Console™

The Technesis Console is the single control point for the entire Technesis Print Management System. This system component can be installed in any location on your print network. A dedicated server is recommended but not required. From here, your administrator can securely configure and monitor your entire printing operation, including:

  • Print devices (MFPs, laser printers, local printers, large format plotters)
  • Costing models
  • Projects, client codes, bill codes
  • Billing types and rates
  • And more!

Technesis Console synchronizes with Windows Active Directory, so you don’t have to recreate users and departments for print management. Simply tell Console where to synchronize and how to pull in organizational groups and let Technesis do the rest.

Getting your print management and cost recovery reports is super simple. Your administrator sets up report automation in Technesis Console. All of Technesis reports are available to be delivered daily, weekly, monthly in multiple formats. Once report automation is setup, Technesis does the rest, right on schedule!
