What is Print Tracking?

Print tracking is one of the most effective means of recovering your costs and reducing your operating costs. Technesis SmartPrint allows you to track, analyze, and manage every print that goes through your print server. You can then bill it directly to a client and or a client job number. Depending on your IT configuration and your billing needs, you can set SmartPrint up to track output silently and then generate monthly reports. Or, you can require that each print be associated immediately with a job number or client before it goes through to the printer.
