The target users for this application are hardware resellers who put devices in customer?s offices in either of the following scenarios:

  1. Wide format Resellers who supply the device, media, toner and maintenance and bill the customer based on usage. (Manage Print Services, MPS)
  2. Wide format Resellers who have sold a device to the customer but continue to sell supplies and provide maintenance on the device for the customer. (Under Service)
